Notes on fundraising

Partnering with Local Communities

We allow you to contribute to the daily work of the organisation that is actively benefiting the local community of jamera Nafana in Ghana. Our association needs your attention, charity and support. It's usually cross-border in a different country to where you live. Out projects are an excellent opportunity to help where needed, build, learn new experiences from the locals, with wide range of issues covered by our communities progress. Such issues like, Health care, Education and, ETC.

Jamera Nafana Society is dedicated to help effective, efficient, respectful community services with integrity by using innovative methods.

We shall promote honesty and openness in all we do to encourage our innovation to meet challenges. We are to foster an environment of collaboration to all Donors across the world and provide resources to empower values of social justice, equity and sustainabilities and freedom.

Contributes

Donors: We respect the right of donors to be informed of the causes for wich we raise funds; to be informed of how their donations are used; to be deleted from our mailing lists if they so wish; to be informed of the quality and mandate of fundraisers; to remain anonymous if they so wish.

Use of Donations: In the context of fundraising, we describe our activities and our needs precisely. We ensure that donations are used to implement our organization's mission. When donations are made for specific purpose, we respect the wishes of the donors. When we call for donations for a specific cause, we provide a plan. For managinf any shortfall or surplus donations.

Donations in kind: Some donations may be made in the form of goods or services. To maintain our effectiveness and independance, we record and publish the details of all significant institutional and in-kind donations; clearly describe the methods of appraisal and monitoring used; and ensure that these donations are used to achieve our mission.

Agents: We ensure that donations collected indirectly, such as trough a third party, are claimed and collected in a manner that is fully consistent with our own practices.

Financial Controls: We have internal financial control procedures in place to ensure that all funds are used effectively and to minimize the risk of misuse.

Evaluation: We are constantly looking for ways to improve our efficiency. We have welldefined evaluation procedures for our staff, programs and projects, based

With a background in business finance and having grown up in a developing community with limited access to basic educational supplies. Fogie builds relationships with investors and partners.

With a masters degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as strong ties to some of our most important communities, Natacha is influential in shaping our education policies, proposals, and fundraising rounds.
